From August 1st to 3rd, 2023, the Botswana National Bureau of Standards (BOBS) expert assessment team from Botswana visited Sunchine Inspection in Nanjing,China to carry out a strict surveillance assessment of capabilities, compliance operations, management system construction,etc of Sunchine Inspection..

During the three days of intense assessment work, the Botswana National Bureau of Standards (BOBS) assessment team of two senior audit experts, Mr. Samakabadi and Sethufhe, conducted a series of rigorous reviews of Sunchine Inspection through on-site witness, professional questions, inspector assessment, written data review, original records and inspection/inspection reports. The efficient work and professional ability of the management and technical team of the Sunchine Inspection has been unanimously recognized and highly affirmed by the members of the review team.

In 2021, Sunchine Inspection won the recognition of the Botswana National Bureau of Standards (BOBS) with its excellent business and technical capabilities, thus signing a cooperation agreement with the Botswana National Bureau of Standards (BOBS), becoming the sixth companies in the world to obtain the Botswana government’s authorization license. One of the third party notified bodies that can issue a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) for imported goods from Botswana as required by Botswana’s Import Inspection Standards Regulations (SIIR)!

For two years, Sunchine Inspection has conducted strict Verification of Conformity of regulated products imported into Botswana from around the world, helping the Government of Botswana to exclude products that may be suspected of endangering the health and safety of Botswana consumers and may affect the environment, contributing to the health and safety of the people of Botswana without any accidents and disputes during the period, which has also been positively recognized and praised by the government of Botswana.

At the closing meeting of the assessment, Mr.Samakabad, the leader assessor, made a speech on behalf of the assessment team, fully affirming the technology capability and the operation status of the management system of Sunchine Inspection, and gave a satisfactory and positive conclusion on the assessment results.
On behalf of the Botswana National Bureau of Standards (BOBS), he also congratulated Sunchine Inspection on its achievements in the past two years and hoped that Sunchine Inspection could make greater achievements and contributions in the SIIR project!

Mr. Francois Shi, the general manager of Sunchine Inspection, also spoke on behalf of the enterprise and thanked the Botswana National Bureau of Standards (BOBS) review team for their professional work, and said that they will continue to strengthen the compliance construction of the enterprise, and look forward to more and more extensive cooperation with the Botswana National Bureau of Standards.
