The Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) is the national standardization body formally mandated by the Government of Pakistan. Its principal mandate encompasses the development, promulgation, and enforcement of national standards to ensure that domestically produced and imported goods conform to internationally recognized quality and safety requirements. For foreign enterprises seeking market access in Pakistan, obtaining PSQCA certification constitutes a statutory prerequisite for the lawful importation and commercial distribution of regulated products.
Sunchine Inspection has been officially accredited by the PSQCA to conduct pre-shipment inspections for products falling under the mandatory PSQCA certification regime. As an authorized inspection body, Sunchine Inspection is empowered to issue the Pre-shipment Inspection Certificate (PSIC), a critical regulatory document required for customs clearance and for demonstrating compliance with Pakistan’s product conformity assessment requirements.
