Certification Background
The Certificate of Conformity of the Algerian Product Conformity Assessment Scheme, officially known as Certifcat de Conformite (Certificat de Controle de Qualite des Marchandises).
The new assessment scheme applies to all exports to Algeria and aims to ensure that products exported to Algeria comply with the corresponding Algerian and international standards.
The primary objectives of the program are:
- Ensure that the products comply with the technical regulations and mandatory standards applicable to Algeria (or their equivalent).
- Ensure the requirements of Algerian consumers in terms of product quality, health and safety, environmental protection, etc.
- Prevent substandard goods and counterfeit goods from entering Algeria.
Sunchine Inspection was officially Approved land Authorized to issue COC certificate in accordance with Algerian law 04004-2004 and according to decree 465 of 6.12.2005 (articles 15 and 16) and decree 467 (article 26);

General Certification Process:
- Submit the complete application form(RFC), formal invoice and packing list;
- The application form (RFC) shall include the details of the goods, and provide product quality documents such as test report, technical parameters, quality management system certificate (if any), etc;
- Will arrange for the on-site inspection;
- After the inspection and shipment, the exporter shall submit the final shipping documents to Sunchine Inspection;
- Reviewing all final documents and issue COC certificate;
