Congratulations to SUNCHINE INSPECTION and the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) of Malaysia on the formal signing of the Strategic Partnership Agreement!
Recently, SUNCHINE INSPECTION has successfully reached a strategic cooperation with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) of Malaysia and officially signed as its strategic partner in the Chinese market. The establishment of this cooperation relationship marks another important step for SUNCHINE INSPECTION in promoting international communication and cooperation
As the government’s authority of the construction industry in Malaysia, CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board) has a high authority and influence in the industry. In addition to the management of the construction unit and the acceptance of the project, CIDB also undertakes the important responsibility for the quality certification of building materials and steel products. To ensure the quality and safety of the construction industry, all construction materials and steel products which need mandatory certification must obtain the COA certificate issued by CIDB before entering the Malaysian market.
According to the cooperation agreement, SUNCHINE INSPECTION will act as a strategic partner of CIDB in the Chinese market to actively promote the CIDB certification projects. In addition, SUNCHINE INSPECTION will directly participate in the implementation of CIDB certification projects, including the inspection and sampling of certified products, as well as the auditing of factories awaiting certification. These efforts will ensure that building materials and steel products meet relevant quality standards and requirements before entering the Malaysian market so that they provide strong safeguards for Malaysia’s construction industry.
This cooperation not only provides a broader development space and more opportunities for SUNCHINE INSPECTION, but also builds a solid bridge for communication and cooperation between China and Malaysia in the construction industry. Through the joint efforts and cooperation between both sides, it is believed that more high-quality building materials and steel products will enter the Malaysian market in the future to bring new vitality to the development of the local construction industry.
