Exploring Quality Empowering New Quality Productivity Together

The China Quality Conference is the most prominent international conference in the field of quality in China. On September 16, 2025, the 6th China Quality Conference was grandly opened in Nanjing. The founder and actual general manager of Sunchine Inspection, Mr. Francois Shi, participated in the opening ceremony of the conference with the theme of “Quality: Empowering New Quality Productivity” Mr. Francois Shi participated also to the special conference held on the theme “Global Industrial Chain and Supply Chain Quality Development and Cooperation”, discussing quality development plans with domestic and foreign quality experts.

Mr/ Zhang Guoqing, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech, emphasizing the need to deeply implement the strategy of building a strong country with quality, continuously improve the ability of quality governance, and better serve high-quality development and high-quality life.

In his speech, Vice Premier Zhang Guoqing pointed out that we should accelerate the construction of a quality power to provide strong support for the realization of Chinese path to modernization. He emphasized the need to focus on increasing high-quality supply, accelerating the technological iteration and quality upgrading of traditional industries, and strengthening the collaborative innovation of technology, quality, and management in strategic emerging industries. These important statements have pointed out the direction for the development of the quality inspection industry.

In the afternoon of that day, Sunchine Inspection participated in a special meeting held at Zhongshan Hall of Nanjing International Expo Convention Center. The meeting was chaired by Li Benjun, Vice President of China Quality Press, and speeches were delivered by Xia Xinyan, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial People’s Congress, Deng Zhiyong, Deputy Director of the State Administration for Market Regulation, and by Ms. Hannah Teddy, Director General of the International Inspection, Testing and Certification Council. All the speeches emphasizing the important role of quality in promoting the coordinated development of the industrial and supply chains, principles to which Sunchine Inspection adheres strictly since in inception

During the keynote speech, Kuang Xu, Director of the Accreditation and Inspection Supervision and Management Department of the State Administration for Market Regulation, delivered a report titled “Promoting ‘New’ through Testing and Highlighting the Productivity Value of Inspection and Testing in the Industrial Chain and Supply Chain through Testing and Quality Improvement”, which elaborated on the value of inspection and testing in improving the quality of the industrial chain.
During this meeting, Sunchine Inspection GM, Mr. Francois Shi shared the company practical experience in Quality, Safety and compliance implementations; He underlines that Sunchine Inspection will continue strengthening further its quality system management and technical staff, innovate, and providing timely, effective and efficient quality technical support to help promote the improvement of industrial and supply chain quality in the region and empower the development of new quality productivity.
