Sunchine Inspection Invited to Intelligent Testing Exchange Event of Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Product Quality Supervision and Inspection
On the afternoon of September 23, 2025 at the invitation of the Jiangsu Provincial Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute Sunchine Inspection participated in Nanjing at a conference themed “Getting Closer to Intelligent Testing, Discussing the Future of the Industry”. As a special guest, the founder and actual general manager of Sunchine Quality Control Technology Service, Mr. Francois Shi shared the company’s shared valuable insights about export compliance to Malaysia and delivered a lecture on “Compliance Certification for Steel and Building Materials Exported to Malaysia and Other Belt and Road Countries”. Francois Shi’s presentation was well appreciated by the participants.
The participants discussed the intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry, development trends, standardization and the prospects of application of intelligent testing technology in industry. They visited a leading unmanned, fully intelligent testing laboratory for metal materials.
Drawing on Sunchine Inspection’s extensive experience in import and export commodity inspection, testing, and certification, the lecture of Sunchine Inspection General Manager focused on Malaysia’s construction product access regulations, specifically the CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board) mandatory certification requirements for imported building materials. Those include the application process, applicable product scope, and standards for PPS and COA certificates. In 2023 upon a successful assessment of its qualifications and capabilities by CIDB Holding, Sunchine Inspection officially signed with CIBBH a comprehensive strategic partnership cooperation agreement.
In his presentation, Francois Shi emphasized on the deepening of Belt and Road cooperation, underlining that Chinese companies are experiencing increased opportunities to export to Southeast Asian markets but also have to face with stricter compliance requirements.
